After what seem like hours, he opened his eyes and saw a floating rock far below him; it looked like a pebble. Below it was a fiery pit and above it, a hole of darkness. Sometimes, I feel like a 1000 piece puzzle. You open the box and see all of the pieces. You spread them all out to get a sense of what it is supposed to be, then you put it together. Only, when you are almost done, you look down and see that you dont have any pieces left. Then you lament over the lost pieces and wasted time. By discovering the missing pieces, you inevitably forget about the puzzle and more pieces get lost over time. This is how I felt that day while I was standing outside, leaning on the rail.
